Staying Safe and Resilient in a Shifting World

The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) has reached every corner of the world and is having a profound impact on the health of our communities and the way our businesses operate.

At Helios Energy, the safety of our employees, customers, contractors, suppliers and the communities in which we work has always been our top priority. We have stopped all non-essential travel for our employees and implemented a company-wide remote work policy to limit the spread of the virus. Agility is critical to all Helios operations and the swift, effective transition to remote work has allowed us to remain open for business.

Energy is critical to every economy, as it enables all other industries to operate. Without reliability and stability, combatting this pandemic would be impossible. Therefore, Helios employees, contractors, suppliers and customers are continuing to perform their important work to execute on clean energy and energy efficiency projects. To keep all project site personnel safe, Helios has implemented additional site safety procedures including strict hygiene and physical distancing practices. Helios recognizes the strong commitment site personnel are demonstrating to ensure that projects move forward. Helios will continue to monitor the situation and will notify any impacted personnel if the situation fluctuates.

The novel coronavirus pandemic is also having a significant impact on consumer behavior and the global economy. While no business is fully immune, Helios is well positioned to continue supporting our customers’ growing energy needs. Please be assured that we are here for you and know that reducing costs across your organization is critical at this time, and will continue to be in the months and years ahead.

While it is unknown how long this pandemic will last, Helios commits to working with our customers and strategic partners to achieve mutual clean energy goals throughout this crisis. Together, we will continue providing safer, cleaner and more reliable energy to communities, all while prioritizing the health and safety of everyone involved.
