Clarksburg School in the South Carroll County Special School District of Clarksburg, TN is a Pre-K-12 school. Lighting throughout the school’s campus was considerably degraded, with classrooms and common areas being dark and holistically unsuitable for learning. The school board and Director of Schools knew they needed a significant capital upgrade and were seeking a unique financial solution that would enable them to take the next step! They trusted Helios Energy™ to provide a cost-effective solution and arrange creative lease-financing to help fund the project. In the end, the school was able to minimize its cash outlay and use energy and maintenance savings to offset the cost of the project.
