LED Retrofit Project of Two Office Building and One Warehousefor a Comprehensive Home Healthcare Provider.
To successfully install a lighting retrofit project at the headquarters of a leading home healthcare provider in Lexington, South Carolina.
Need 1: Dramatically increase the quantity and quality of light in the offices, common areas, and conference rooms
Need 2: Reduce overall energy consumption and cost of energy
Need 3: Increase safety and security in the warehouse and perimeter of the main facility
Need 4: Eliminate lighting maintenance expense
In total, 852 fixtures were installed at this active office complex, replacing 853 existing fixtures. This lighting retrofit project included the retrofitting of all office, warehouse, and exterior lighting. The key fixture solution on this project was the replacement of 2×4 fluorescent troffers with LED retrofit kits.
