Doug Rines found his way to the alternative energy industry three years ago and doesn’t see himself leaving the business anytime soon. He draws motivation from the knowledge that his world could change in an instant, thus he chooses to live life to the fullest every day.

First attracted to Helios’ integrity, Doug is a self-starter and highly motivated. As Project Manager, his top priority involves creating a larger solar footprint in-house using the internal team and minimal subs. Doug is known for his laser focus and ability to develop strategies and approach goals independently, but appreciates the unique culture at Helios of collaboration and support.

When asked what qualities makes Helios stand out in the industry, Doug confidently explains: “De-centralized command.  We can react quickly to provide the best services needed for our customers to grow their business.”
