Advice To Your 13 Year Old Self: “Don’t slack off during high school.”
Doug Rines found his way to the alternative energy industry three years ago and doesn’t see himself leaving the business anytime soon. He draws motivation from the knowledge that his world could change in an instant, thus he chooses to live life to the fullest every day.
First attracted to Helios’ integrity, Doug is a self-starter and highly motivated. As Project Manager, his top priority involves creating a larger solar footprint in-house using the internal team and minimal subs. Doug is known for his laser focus and ability to develop strategies and approach goals independently, but appreciates the unique culture at Helios of collaboration and support.
